Following a long and successful career in the international oil and gas industry, Esmond returned to Perth where he established Sounding Board Australia.
Through a combination of pragmatism, practical experience and a wide network of associates, Esmond can help clients navigate a safe course with strategic planning, restructuring, team building and especially succession planning. He recognises that people, both owners and employees, are the cornerstone of any business and he always considers the whole of person (social, emotional, spiritual, cultural) when mentoring in a work context. His ability to challenge teams to remain grounded, while setting the bar higher, has enabled many organisations to achieve and sustain growth and peak performance.
So what can he offer? "No magic quick fix" he reveals, but "experience gained by making mistakes."
